Home visits were part of the Nutrition-Sensitive Intervention (NSI) delivery approach and to support supervision and promote behavior reinforcement. Home visits were made to individual households to interact with them and get to understand the challenges the households may be facing, putting into use the knowledge they would have gained. The follow up looked at the household hygiene practices, dietary diversity, vegetable. production and consumption, and hygiene measures in chicken management. It is during home visits that the field staff could collect data on process monitoring, usually one week during the month.
