FANRPAN participates at a side event during the Ministerial Conference on Higher Education in Agriculture in Africa. The launch of the Montpellier Panel Report ‘Africa and Europe: Partnerships in Agricultural Development’, co-hosted by Professor Sir Gordon Conway (Imperial College, London) and Dr Namanga Ngongi (Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa), Wednesday 17th November from 6:30pm at the Speke Resort, Kampala.
