AgriDeal Vol 4 - Improving food systems for nutrition

For most governments in Africa, agriculture has been characterised by the need to be self-sufficient in food production. Over the decades, this pursuit of food security has resulted in a continent stuck with unbalanced diets, characterised by a dominance of cereals and low diversity.
