FANRPAN Associate – Freelance Journalist, Busani Bafana scoops the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) Award for Excellence in Agricultural Science Journalism.
The award is presented for an outstanding print, broadcast or online journalism piece; recognizing journalist(s) whose work has most effectively communicated agricultural science issues to the general public. The CGIAR award was presented at the Science Awards Ceremony in conjunction with the Global Consultation on Agricultural Research for Development (GCARD) in Montpellier, France 29 March 2010. |
